Elli Tryngou (Patra, November 8, 1989) is a Greek actress, a graduate of the Dramatic School of the National Theater (2016). When she finished his first year of school (2014), she acted in the movie 'Suntan'. Then, she starred in the short film "37 days". For her performance in this film, she received the award for supporting actress from the Hellenic Film Academy and the award for debut actress from the Athens International Film Festival.
